1. General Policy

SEO is a performance-based digital marketing service influenced by search engine algorithms, competition, and external technical factors. Because of this, BePassive does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or sales outcomes. Refund decisions are made strictly according to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Service Not Started
    If work has not started and no resources have been allocated, you may request a full refund.
  • Cancellation Before Work Begins
    If you cancel before onboarding or execution begins, a refund may be approved.
  • Failure to Deliver Agreed Scope
    If BePassive fails to deliver the agreed services as stated in the proposal or contract, a partial or full refund may be reviewed.

All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • SEO work has already started or reports have been delivered
  • Rankings or traffic expectations were not met
  • Required access or cooperation was not provided by the client
  • Services were partially or fully consumed
  • Performance was affected by algorithm updates or external market factors

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be sent through the original payment method. Transaction or gateway fees may be deducted.
